Mike Giampapa - co-president
Mike is a second-year student at Harvard Business School. This past summer, he worked at Circle, a crypto-finance company with a portfolio of products/services for retail and institutional investors. Prior to HBS, Mike was a venture capital investor at IVP and worked on the firm’s investment in Coinbase. He previously worked in J.P. Morgan’s investment banking and asset management groups. Mike graduated with honors from Johns Hopkins University, where he earned a B.A. in Economics.
Alexandre lim - co-president
Alexandre is a second-year student at Harvard Business School. Prior to HBS, Alexandre was Head of Analytics at crowd-sourced market research startup Streetbees in London. He was also previously an associate at Silver Lake Partners and an investment banking analyst in Citigroup’s Power, Utilities and Renewables M&A group in London. He holds a MSc in Management (Grande Ecole program) from ESSEC Business School in France.
VJ vesnaver - VP of Communication and Community
VJ is a 3L at Harvard Law School, President of the Harvard Law Entrepreneurship Project, and founder of the HLS Blockchain Initiative. VJ first got into Blockchain and Cryptocurrency in 2012 through working on ways to leverage the technology to secure online voting systems. After law school, VJ will join BCG where he hopes to help large companies think about how to take advantage of this innovative technology and emerging asset class.
Michal leszcznski - head of ny trek
Michal is a second-year student at Harvard Business School. His passion for Blockchain started in 2011 when his undergraduate Economics professor mentioned Bitcoin as an example of an interesting monetary policy solutions. More recently, he worked part-time at a Boston-based blockchain start-up Adjoint. He graduated from the London School of Economics and the University of Oxford.

Justin is a second-year student at Harvard Business School. This past summer, he worked with NuCypher (threshold proxy re-encryption crypto) on business strategy and product development. Justin is a co-founder of uConsortium, the MBA student-led blockchain organization. Prior to HBS, he interned at Fifth Wall Ventures and worked in commodity derivatives trading and agricultural private equity. He holds a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Mandarin Chinese from Duke University.

Ann is a second-year student at Harvard Business School. Prior to HBS, Ann was a consultant at Oliver Wyman in the US and Asia Pacific region, focusing on financial services. This past summer, she worked with Jibrel Network, a startup focusing on putting financial assets on-chain. Ann holds a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Classical Studies from Northwestern University.
SHuyao Kong - Vp of education
Shuyao is a first-year student at Harvard Business School. Prior to HBS, Shuyao worked in the Global Strategic Initiative team at ConsenSys based out of Dubai. She previously worked at IBM Global Business Services across Middle East & Africa. Shuyao graduated with honors from Smith College, where she earned a B.A. in Psychology and Economics.

Mei is a first-year student at Harvard Business School. Prior to HBS, She worked as a VC investor at Baidu Ventures, where she focused on blockchain and machine learning applications in traditional industries. She was previously a growth manager at VIPKID, an edtech unicorn based in China. Prior to that, Mei was an emerging market investor at the IFC, World Bank’s private sector investing arm, where she worked on growth equity and debt investments across Subsaharan Africa, Latin America, Middle East and Asia. She holds a dual degree in Statistics and Business from UC Berkeley.
Yasu Sasago - VP of CareerS
Yasu is a first-year student at Harvard Business School. Prior to HBS, Yasu worked at a Japanese commercial bank SMBC, where he was in charge of acquisition and digital transformation of Asian commercial banks. He was previously an Investment Analyst for Financial Institution Group in East Asia and Pacific at International Finance Corporation, the World Bank Group. Yasu graduated from Waseda University, where he earned a Bachelor of Commerce.

Chinedu is a first-year student at Harvard Business School. Before attending HBS, he worked as the Strategy & Investment Lead at venture-backed blockchain start-up, Nucleus Vision. Prior to this role, Chinedu founded Ergsun LLC, a renewable energy procurement and development firm, serving clients across Asia, Africa, and North America. Chinedu graduated with honors from Howard University with a B.A. in Economics.
